• Dr Randeep Singh is not liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from: (i) technical failures of the Razorpay platform or banking networks; (ii) internet connectivity issues on the patient’s end; (iii) reliance on general information published on the website without obtaining a formal consultation.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian law.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
• Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, or the use of Dr Randeep Singh’s services or payment systems, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of New Delhi, India.
• Disputes with Razorpay relating solely to payment processing are subject to Razorpay’s dispute resolution mechanism and the jurisdiction specified in Razorpay’s Terms of Use.
